LIBRARY CLOSED WEDNESDAY

COUNTY OFFICES CLOSED ON CÉSAR CHÁVEZ DAY All County of San Diego offices will be closed Wednesday, March 31, in observance of the César Chávez Day holiday. County parks will remain open, and essential services, such as law enforcement, will continue during the holiday. County library branches, including Valley Center Library, will be closed. All County offices will resume normal business hours Thursday, April 1.
