Pauma Valley Country Club has gotten reverse 911 calls as of 4:30 AM Tues. I am concerned because my elderly parents are refusing to leave their home on Womsi Lane. I am in the desert and cannot get back into the valley. David, do you have any ideas of what I can do?

David, I pray that your little cabin on the Palomar mountain gets passed over by this. You are a great friend to many, and are performing such needed service keeping your community abreast of what is happening. !While your own household being evacuated as well! You truly are a brave man!

Are there any updates on how this fire is spreading? What's the wind like? Is it moving up toward Valley Center?

Can anyone provide more recent info on the La Jolla Rez/Poomacha fire? Where is it headed? We're up in Valley Center, and it looks like this one is coming our way.

Any further word? My parents who live off of Oak Glen Rd & Ricks Ranch Rd. evacuated their home just after 7 am this morning. How is the rest of VC doing.

David,
I hope all is well with you as you've not posted for many hours.
If you see Hank and Donna Weldon give them a hug from Kathy, Terry and Susie and let them know we are praying for them and all of Valley Center.

I hope you are safe. I can't find any news about Valley Center and what is happening there.

Rincon was hit hard, lost a number of homes, no real count yet. 400 people are sheltered at Harrah's, which has been a safe blessing for the people.

They were really organized went door to door notifying of evacuation, got seniors and disabled out. Some folks I spoke with were still hosing down hot spots around homes early this morning.

Stay safe and online.... especially with a report on valley center, if possible.

thanks.

We left the area around Tyler Road near the VCHS at 8am. Any updates on that area and other parts of VC would be appreciated. Thanks for keeping us informed!

all,

We live on the west section of Valley Center and received an evacuation notice around 5:30am. The air quality was very bad due to the smoke caused by the Rincon fire. It's hard to get V.C. news. Has anyone got any updates?

Thanks

We evacutated early this morning and live off of Betsworth. We are trying to get any information on the area. Where is the fire spreading. Is there an official news release from teh local fire department on what is the immediate and near term threat.

Be save and God's blessings.
